About Me
I'm now a Ph.D. student in Kenichi Tsuda lab at Huazhong Agricultural University, specializing in plant pathology with a focus on plant-pathogen-microbiome interactions and phyllosphere microbiome research. My work combines multi-omics approaches to understand the molecular mechanisms of plant microbiome-mediated plant protection.
Moreover, I share my research experience and ideas in WeChat Official Account.

Research Experience
Graduate Research Project
Title: Multi-omics reveal the interactions among maize, fungal pathogen Bipolaris maydis, and microbiome
Supervisor: Dr. Kenichi Tsuda
Abstract: This research utilizes the maize-Bipolaris maydis-microbiome interaction system, aiming to reveal the molecular mechanisms of plant microbiome-mediated plant protection/pathogen promotion through metagenomics, transcriptomics, metabolomics as well as synthetic community.
Part of the National Key R&D Program of China (Project ID: SQ2022YFA1300114)
Undergraduate Research Project
Title: Development of bioethanol detection type yeast sensor
Supervisor: Dr. Liangcai Peng
Abstract: Energy shortages and environmental pollution highlight the need for renewable energy. This project identified eight ethanol-specific inducible promoters (pESN1-8) in Pichia pastoris via RNA-seq, creating a "sensing yeast" that provides a basis for high-throughput ethanol detection and genetic improvement of ethanol-producing yeast.
